Refund policy

At Bronzzee, we pride ourselves on offering handcrafted bronze items that embody tradition, skill, and authenticity. Each piece is crafted with care by rural artisans, making every item unique and full of character. As with any handmade item, slight imperfections, variations in shape, or a rustic finish are to be expected and cherished as marks of true craftsmanship.

Customer Satisfaction and Return Guidelines

We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your Bronzzee purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return and refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, especially fragile products, are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Once purchased, these products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged during shipping.

Return & Replacement Policy – Shipments within India

Eligible Returns:

Returns are only applicable in the rare event that your product arrives damaged or is defective on first use.

You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours (2 Days) of receiving the product, providing a clear image of the damaged item.

Return Process:

1. Submit the return & replacement form by clicking here or email us at support@bronzzee.in with:

  • Your order number in the subject line.
  • Photos of the damaged product.
  • Your preference for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • A brief explanation of the issue (e.g., cracks, chips, etc.)

 

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

3. Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged product, unless it falls under a non-returnable category. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage.

Refund or Exchange Options:

Once we receive and verify the returned product, you may choose between:

  1. A replacement product.
  2. A store credit valid for future purchases.
  3. A refund to your original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery, where refunds will be issued as store credits).
International Shipments

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where the product arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us immediately at support@bronzzee.in with photos of the damage, and we will process a refund of up to 100% of the product value.

Conditions for Return

Returns for undamaged products will not be entertained unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Shipping costs for both delivery and return are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged items. Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to avoid damage during return transit.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation or change to your order at any time before the item is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Timelines

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 10-12 working days after the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as store credits.
