Handcrafted Products

Please be aware that our handcrafted items may have minor imperfections. These can be refined with proper care. After cleaning the utensils 2-3 times, they will appear polished and refined.

Matte Finish Products

Our bronze utensils with a matte finish may turn red when exposed to air. This is a natural process and does not indicate that the bronze is old. Cleaning the utensils 2-3 times will restore their original appearance.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact us at support@bronzzee.in within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
